MsCarolSings.com is a memorial tribute to our beloved wife and mother, Carol Giller Rubin, who passed away at the end of 2024. Born in Brooklyn, Carol met her husband, Jay, at Harpur College (now Binghamton University) before embarking on a half-century journey across seven states, raising three extraordinary children and welcoming six cherished grandchildren. A dedicated RN, she worked in hospitals, home health, and hospice care while excelling in crafts, gardening, and even IKEA furniture assembly.

Carol’s greatest joy was music, and she shared her love of Judaism with countless children in multiple cities through Tot Shabbats at JCC preschools and synagogues, using guitars, drums, and puppets to bring Jewish melodies to life.

Many of the children she taught now have children of their own. Many of the parents now have grandchildren of their own. MsCarolSings.com is especially for them—to pass on the love of Judaism, Shabbat, Jewish holidays, Israel, and more l’dor vador, from generation to generation.

Enjoy!
